ADDITIONAL SERVICES
EXHIBITOR BADGE - Two (2) FREE
exhibitor badges per booth are provided at no cost. Other
working personnel will be allowed to order 4-day passes at the
discounted price of $7.00 before registration. (Note: These
discount passes will not be valid unless the bearer is wearing
a costume.) Badges ordered at registration will be charged the
full 4-day pass price of $12.00. No exceptions will be
made.
FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS - Order forms
for these will be sent with the confirmation package and are
to be sent directly to the decorator.
MOVING-IN INSTRUCTIONS - Arrival and
set-up instructions will be sent to all exhibitors six weeks
prior to the show.
SET-UP DATE - One move-in day is
scheduled: Wednesday, November 10, 2010 - 8 AM to 10 PM.
ELECTRICAL - Order forms will be sent
in confirmation package. Send order directly to the Myrtle
Beach Convention Center.
HOTELS - Low, off-season hotel rates
will be listed on the website and in your confirmation
package.
